the night before, so we were pretty excited to
find this portrait of Henry Tudor (VII) among
the wall of Hogwarts portraits.

Edinburgh Vaults

So, Steph and I arranged to do a self guided tour of the vaults underneath Edinburgh while we were there. We were also the only two there that day so we were alone in these haunted vaults under the city for about an hour... I have a book about them if anyone would like to read more about them just let me know. Warning their history includes everything from ghosts to grave robbers.

Some of the vaults were used to store things like wine,
grain, or other goods.

That seems like a bad place for a door ...
just sayin.

Even the brave Desk Moose was scared.

So, people used to live in these vaults.
The shelves in the walls were used like bunk
beds. Made my dorm room look pretty nice.

We found things like wine bottles left.

Supposedly this was the most haunted of the vaults.
