Castle Rising Castle

After going to Sandringham, last weekend, we stopped off at Castle Rising Castle outside of King's Lyn. The castle is in such good condition that it is largely open for people just to walk around on their own. Including up some of the original staircases.

This moat would once have been filled by water.

Now here is a hill to run up MOJO Warriors!

That is good when wells do that. 


I can't imagine why small spiral staircases went
out of fashion...

    This looks so cool..except maybe the creepy faces in the castle. The sheep alone would have made my day :)

    I love the main staircase and "hallway". So cool! Brings back memories of castles we visited in France....
